I love my house. It is comfortable, solid and great. Natalie was wonderful to work with, no trivial or stupid question was unanswered. Unlike other builders or contractors, Natalie cared as much about everything being right with my house as I did.

The heating cost for my first winter 2013/2014 from the end of October to the end of May was $350.00 for a house over 2000 square feet. Natalie is professional, knowledgeable, personable and wonderful. I won’t be building another house but if I was, I would build another Passive House with Natalie.
